As the people of God, we are entrusted with numerous responsibilities towards others in our lives, from our immediate family members to our friends, colleagues, and society. However, it is crucial to remember that our ultimate accountability lies with God, the creator of the universe. God alone will evaluate our actions and decisions in this life, and we must answer for them one day.
Therefore, we should prioritise our commitment to God. We should strive to live a righteous and just life by following God's commandments and seeking His guidance. It means we must be confident in our thoughts, words, and actions, ensuring they align with God's will. We should also be aware that we are imperfect and will make mistakes. However, we must be faithful in repenting sincerely and seeking forgiveness from God.
We should be clear in regarding human opinion as secondary when making decisions. While it is natural to value human opinion, it is not always aligned with God's will. Therefore, we should be aware of the need to seek guidance from God through prayer and meditation and trust in His wisdom and love. It will help us make confident decisions that align with God's will and lead us to a righteous life.
Our confidence in God and His guidance should be unshakable. We should believe in His plan for us and trust that everything happens for a reason. We should be confident in seeking solace in His words and finding strength in His love. It will help us navigate life's challenges with confidence and grace, knowing that God is always with us.
Thus, our accountability to God should be the cornerstone of our lives, and we should be confident in prioritising our devotion to Him above all else. We should have faith in His guidance, seek forgiveness for our mistakes, and trust His purposes. With confidence in God, we can lead a righteous life and fulfil our responsibilities towards others in society.
