Missional Mentors

Missional leaders model a missional lifestyle, rather than merely tell people what to do and how to do it. In leading they share their lives, demonstrate their vulnerability and live openly before others, rather than hiding behind their status or position. They seek to demonstrate what it means to be missional in all that they do. They mentor those who are just beginning their missional adventure. They share their own experience of success, failure and crisis. So that emerging leaders can learn vicariously from their experience.
