There is a time.

A time to be quiet,

   And a time for conversation.

A time to be silent,

   And a time for noise.

A time to be alone,

   And a time for gathering.

A time for withdrawal.

   And a time for engagement.

A time for solitude,

   And a time for closeness.

A time to be reticent,

   And a time for release.

A time to be mysterious,

   And a time for openness.

A time for despair.

   And a time for hope.

A time for sorrow,

   And a time for joy.

A time for anguish,

   And a time for contentment.

There is a time for everything

   in its time.
