There is a desperate need for us, as the people of God, to be missional right where we are in the context of our everyday lives. Being missional is a lifestyle. It involves adopting a missionary posture in our neighbourhood, at work and in every area of our lives. To be missional includes learning to understand the culture of the people we are engaging and adapting to that culture without compromising our faith. It means building meaningful relationships and getting involved in the lives of others out of genuine love for them without any agenda. It is a question of seeking the welfare of those whom God places within the sphere of our lives.
